Refunds Policy

We are happy to reship or refund for any lost order If you contact us within 6 weeks from the shipment date. No reshipment/s or refund/s will be accepted if reported to us after 6 weeks.

We are happy to reship any order that has not delivered to you but on the following conditions:

  1. An additional 7 days have elapsed in addition to the standard delivery time since the date of shipment.
  2. The shipping address provided by you is correct.

You will be charged for the replacement of order, if you have provided an incorrect address, Our billing team contact you with the refund details, once the original order is returned to us. The refund process may take some weeks to months as the “return” postage has not been paid.

If for some reason, your order is not delivered or is damaged in transit, we will ship you a replacement or issue you a full refund as per your request.

 If, however, you receive a partial order, we will issue you a full refund, and then charge only for the product (s) you received.

We request you to allow us 28 business days from the day the order was shipped. If after 28 days, you have not received the order, or if you received any notification that your order was on hold or returned to the sender, please contact us at Support@Medicinealldays.com

and we act on your request promptly. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of the products, please contact us within 35 days of receiving the products and we will issue a free replacement or refund for that product. Queries received after 35 days of delivery will not be entertained.
